This October, HangDog is ditching the pumpkin spice and going full fright mode.
For the first time ever, we’re putting our Fall Fest in the grave and bringing Halloween to life with an all-new seasonal experience: Spooky Climbs at HangDog. It’s everything you love about our high-flying, adrenaline-filled adventure—just with a darker twist.
The vibes are spooky, the course is glowing, and the energy? Electric.
Spooky Climbs, Friday & Saturday Nights
Our fan-favorite Night Climbs are getting a Halloween makeover. Every Friday and Saturday night in October, the course transforms into a Spooky Climb—complete with eerie lighting, immersive decorations, and a few mischievous surprises along the way.
The climbing experience remains as thrilling as ever, but now there’s a new atmosphere in the air. Shadows dance across the platforms, ghoulish music fills the treetops, and yes—our course attendants are fully in costume. From the moment you harness up to the final zipline landing, you’ll be part of an unforgettable, otherworldly night.
Costumes Encouraged (Climb Smart)
We’re inviting everyone to get in the spirit—literally. Come dressed in costume and become part of the scene. Whether you’re spooky, silly, or somewhere in between, you’ll be right at home. Halloween-themed photo ops, music, and games throughout the grounds set the tone for the night.
But don’t forget—you’re here to climb. Any costume that restricts movement or interferes with our safety equipment won’t be allowed on the course. Masks, long capes, oversized props, or anything that prevents full range of motion should be saved for the ground. If you’re unsure, feel free to bring a costume for pre- or post-climb fun.
Eat, Drink & Be Scary
After your climb, stick around for food, drinks, and good times in the beer garden. HangDog Brewing Co. will be pouring fall-friendly brews, and our food trailer is serving up a rotating menu of seasonal bites and spooky specials throughout October. Whether you’re warming up before your climb or celebrating after, there’s no better place to kick back and soak up the haunted vibes.
