What should I wear?
We recommend climbers wear comfortable, preferably athletic clothing that allow for mobility as they traverse the course. Please note that closed toe shoes are required.
Is it safe?
Safety is our top priority at HangDog Outdoor Adventure. All climbing guests wear a full body harness equipped with our clic-it system. Guests will receive a safety briefing on ground where a team member will ensure that their harness is properly secured, followed by safety instructions and demonstrations to help climbers feel confident and safe on the cocurse. Once climbers step foot onto the course they will be clicked in at two points. Our smart system will not fully unclip until the climber has returned to one of the designated entrance/exit points where a team member will support the climber in clicking out and off the course.
How old and tall do I have to be to climb?
The Kids Course climbers must 42" in height and no older than 8. Adventure Course climbers must be 48" in height and 53" to climb unaccompanied.
Are there weight limits?
180 pounds max for the Kids Course and 280 pounds max for the Adventure Course.
Are there food and drink options?
Guests are invited to fuel up at HangDog Brewing Co. to grab a bite to eat and drinks. Entrance is always free so non-climbing guests are welcome to hang out at the Beer Garden and on the lawn to indulge in all the HangDog grounded offerings.
Is HangDog Brewing Co. family-friendly?
At HangDog Brewing Co. we don’t believe you should have to leave the littles at home to enjoy a great brew. Guests must be 21+ to drink alcoholic beverages but all others are welcome to eat, play lawn games, enjoy live entertainment and more.
Do you have live music?
Visit our calendar of events to keep up with our live entertainment schedule.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation anytime before the start of your climb. We will immediately add the climb credit onto the climber's account. You may apply it anytime towards a new date and time. Groups of 10 or more require a 48-hour notice before the reservation.
Weather Policy
The Adventure Park is open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather. If you don’t want to climb in the rain, you may always reschedule for a later time in the day or for a different day even if we remain open. We monitor for lightning, heavy rain, and high winds and will close the course as necessary to keep our guests and staff safe. If there are high winds, we may have to temporarily close the Zipline and/or our Free Fall, but the rest of the park will remain open.
Outside Food & Beverage Permitted?
Unfortunately, No. We do not permit outside food and beverage.
Are you Pup Friendly?
Yes, we are pup friendly! We love well behaved pups ;) Please be sure to keep your furry friend on a leash and pick up after them.
