Planning your event at HangDog Outdoor Adventure should be as exciting and stress-free as the experience itself! To help you navigate the details and make informed decisions, we’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions specifically for event organizers like you. Whether you’re coordinating a corporate team-building day, organizing a memorable birthday party, or setting up a fundraiser that stands out, this guide is your first step toward creating an unforgettable event with us.

What is included?

All parties include a picnic seating area, artisan pizza, soft drinks and water, plates and utensils.

How do we register & sign waivers?

A unique link will be sent to the party host. The link can be shared with participating guests to sign waivers and register.

Can I bring a cake?

A celebration cake or cupcakes are permitted for all parties.

How long is the party?

The duraion of your party will be 3 hours long.

What should we wear?

Closed toed shoes/sneakers are appropriate attire for the season.

Can I setup Early & Decorations?

You are welcome to decorate 15 minutes prior to your party time; we ask to keep in mind the tables are outside.

When Do I need to provide final headcount?

We lock in your final headcount 48 hours before your event.

How do you handle food allergies?

We do offer alternative items for gluten allergies

Can I add additional last minute guests?

On the day of your event, if there is availability, you may add guests to your event.

Are there additional catering options?

You are welcome to add additional food choices to your party, we will confirm this when we lock in your final headcount.

Do we have a party host?

Yes! Each party has a party host who will initially walk you through your event.

When is Payment Due?

A deposit is required to hold the party time slot and is applied to the invoice. Payment in full is due at the end of the event. If paying by check, the check must clear one day prior.

Can I use cash and credit cards for purchases?

We are a cashless facility.

Is Gratuity Included?

Gratuity is not included. If you think our team did an acceptional job and want to reward them you have the option to leave a tip.

What if I need to cancel?

If you are outside of 21 days away from your party you can cancel the event at a full refund of the deposit. If you are cancelling your event within 21 days of your event the deposit is not refundable. The deposit will be credited to your account to use for a future event or racing experience.

What is the minimum number of guests I need to have a party?

The minimum is 8 guests with no maximum.
