Safety is our top priority at HangDog Outdoor Adventure. All climbing guests wear a full body harness equipped with our clic-it system. Once climbers step foot onto the course they will be clicked in at two points. Our smart system will not fully unclip until the climber has returned to one of the designated entrance/exit points where a team member will support the climber in clicking out and off the course.

Cancellation Policy

Weather Policy

The Adventure Park is open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather. If you don’t want to climb in the rain, you may always reschedule for a later time in the day or for a different day even if we remain open. We monitor for lightning, heavy rain, and high winds and will close the course as necessary to keep our guests and staff safe. If there are high winds, we may have to temporarily close the Zipline and/or our Free Fall, but the rest of the park will remain open.

Outside Food & Beverage Permitted?

Unfortunately, No. We do not permit outside food and beverage.

Who is Dewey?

Dewey is both a mascot and owner, Mike McCreary’s dog. While the idea brewed in the team’s minds, they agreed that Dewey had to be a part of it. Thankfully, Dewey let us borrow her name, image, and likeness to inspire our branding. Fun Fact: HangDog colors were even pulled straight from her multi-color collar. Talk about a stylish pup!
